Ordering

Q. Is there any minimum order?
A. Yes, a minimum order of S$38 is required (Excludes delivery charges & GST).

Q. Do I need to order in advance?
A. We require 1 day advance order, however same day delivery is subject to availability. Do call in to enquire before placing orders for same day delivery. Advance orders are strongly encouraged.

Q. How do I know that my order is confirmed?
A. We will send a confirmation with invoice attached via email , orders are not processed if you do not get a call/sms from our operators. Orders are NOT considered confirmed even payment is made via credit card online as we require advance order, do call us @67484893 whenever in doubt after you have placed an order.

Q. What if I want to change or cancel my order? 
A. Changes/cancellation of orders can only be done if we were notified before the orders are prepared or sent out for delivery. Otherwise full amount is chargeable for last minute cancellations.

Delivery

Q.Is there any delivery charge?

There are 2 tiers of delivery charges
Tier 1 $26.75 delivery surcharge applies to each delivery order below $85 
Tier 2 $16.05 delivery surcharge applies to each delivery order below $250 
$21.40 delivery surcharge applies to locations in Jurong, Woodlands & Tuas industrial areas.
Delivery is free for orders above $250 (Excludes delivery charges & GST)

Q. When can you deliver?
A. Our standard operational hours are from 9am-9pm, any timing beyond our standard timing is subject to availability and may incur additional charges for special arrangements.

Q. Is there any area restriction for delivery?
A. We deliver to all areas in mainland Singapore except Jurong Island & Sentosa Island.

Q. How are the food packed when delivered?
A. Our dim sum are packed in microwavable boxes which can be re-heated directly in microwave ovens when needed. The food is being transported in high quality thermal bags to ensure that the food is fresh and hot when it reaches you.

Payment

Q. How to make payment?
A. Payment can be made by cash or cheque upon delivery, however we do appreciate payment using credit cards upon check out as we are moving towards a cashless payment system.
