Ordering

Q. Is there any minimum order?
A. Yes, a minimum order of $38 for "Ready to Cook" Items and S$85 is required for Cooked items  (Excludes delivery charges & GST).

Q. Do I need to order in advance?
A. We require 1 day advance order, however same day delivery is subject to availability. Do call in to enquire before placing orders for same day delivery. Advance orders are strongly encouraged. For Ready to Cook Items it takes 1-3 days for delivery (Excluding Sunday) 

Q. How do I know that my order is confirmed?
A. For Cooked Items, We will send a confirmation with invoice attached via email , orders are not processed if you do not get a call/sms from our operators. Orders are NOT considered confirmed even payment is made via credit card online as we require advance order, do call us @67484893 whenever in doubt after you have placed an order.

For Ready to Cook Items your order will be confirmed as soon as you make payment. In situations that we need to make changes, our customer service will contact you.

Q. What if I want to change or cancel my order? 
A. Changes/cancellation of orders can only be done if we were notified before the orders are prepared or sent out for delivery. Otherwise full amount is chargeable for last minute cancellations.

Delivery

Q.Is there any delivery charge?

Cooked Items
$16.05 delivery surcharge applies to each delivery order above $85 
$10.70-$21.40 delivery surcharge applies to locations in the West and North West Jurong, Woodlands & Tuas industrial areas.
Ready to Cook Items
Above $38.00 delivery charge will be $8.00 Island wide
Above $80.00 Free Delivery Island wide 

Q. When can you deliver?
A. Our standard operational hours are from 9am-9pm, any timing beyond our standard timing is subject to availability and may incur additional charges for special arrangements.

For Ready to Cook Items, our delivery personnel will contact you before delivery. If your reference timing is 2-3 days after the date of order, we will contact you closer to your reference date.

Q. Is there any area restriction for delivery?
A. We deliver to all areas in mainland Singapore except Jurong Island

Q. How are the food packed when delivered?
A. Our Cooked dim sum are packed in microwavable boxes which can be re-heated directly in microwave ovens when needed. The food is being transported in high quality thermal bags to ensure that the food is fresh and hot when it reaches you.

Our "Ready to Cooked" Items are packed in small trays in plastic wrap for convenient storage in the freezer.

Q. How long can we keep "Ready to Cook" Items?

A. All items except Carrot Cake and Buns can be kept in freezer for 7 days. Optimal way for Carrot cake and Buns is to be kept in chiller for 2 days as freezer might affect the texture of the items.

Payment

Q. How to make payment?
A. We do appreciate payment using credit cards upon check out as we are moving towards a cashless payment system.
